Page dated 1 January 1780 states Panny bought five acres and twenty-four rods of common land from Daniel Phillips of Norton. Now he "doth...pitch for two acres and eight rod...adjoining to his own home." Also a note about Nathan Seeles, "casting of his Land South of Capt Robert Harvard's Land." On reverse are Continental dollar amounts and other calculations and a date of 1 September 1777. Dated 1 September 1777 - January 1, 1780.
