Advises her to be alert of any news from Big Bethel, Yorktown, Sewel's Point, Norfolk and Richmond. Reports that General Wool had a grand review of the troops. Written in Camp Hamilton, first named Camp Troy. The Fortress Monroe lies in the same vicinity. .
