Return for rations for one person from Captain Thomas Patten's company of artillery artificers from 13 April to 20 April. A total of eight rations were delivered. Signed by Captain Patten and countersigned by Major General Knox's aide-de-camp Major Samuel Shaw. Docket signed by a John Porter stating that contractors delivered the rations.
