Signed by Mr. Bell as Commissary of Issues at West Point, Ensign James Sawyer commander of the 4th regiment which made up the fatigue party, and John Lillie as an aide-de-camp to General Knox. Provision return for a fatigue party stationed in Montgomery for three days from 1-3 August. A total of 34 men were issued 102 rations. Docket signed by a sergeant stating that contractors delivered the rations.
