Memorandum stating that on 16 December "delivered the honourable Alexander Hamilton Secretary of the Treasury five warrants issued by the late board of Treasury of the United States on William Imlay Esq, receiver of Continental Taxes for the state of Connecticut and dated the 14th day of April 1788 -" The warrants are being delivered to Hamilton in order to be canceled.
