Document is signed by Henry Knox and various other people. A land agreement between Henry Knox and the inhabitants of Owls Head, Maine. Knox agrees to supply the inhabitants who agree to his terms with warranty deeds. The land is being sold for four shillings an acre or 2/3 of a dollar per acre.
