There are two documents on this folio, the first is: signed by committee members, Richard Borden, John Akin, Isaac Smith, William Wood, and Jacob Barker. True copy made for a new property book. Ordered and allowed by the committee, with several other copies. Signed as Clerk of Dartmouth and dated 7 September 1727. the second document is a later hand, which also may be Delano's, has scratched through the report and written above it "this paragraph is not to be recorded" and below it "the above is not to be recorded," both in darker ink. Delano was a Clerk for the Township of Dartmouth.
