Burnet instructs the Commissioners to receive payment from Philip Livington for the transport of an enslaved person to Captain Hicks in Virginia. He also instructs them to admit Henry Renslaer and David van Dyck as new Commissioners for Indian Affairs. Signature is missing due to damage.
