Also contains a one page typed letter dated 31 January 1945 from J. R. Dunning to Staff members of Division 1 praising the progress of their work. Stamped restricted. Accompanied by a photograph of the Project's scientists, Kaplan, Bonner, Dr. E.O. Lawrence, and Dr. Harrison, and a clipping of the obituary of Dr. Harold Urey. Also includes a six page typed transcript of the personal recollections of Mildred Goldberg, Secretary to the Theoretical Group, SAM Laboratories, The Manhattan Project; 1943-1946.
