Title continues: "And in the fifteenth year of the sovereignty of the said United States." Signed by William Edmond. The journal covers the 1st Congress, 3d session, 6 December 1790 to 3 March 1791. "Printed by John Fenno, no. 69, High-Street, a few doors above Second-Street." Edmond served in the Connecticut House of Representatives from 1791 to 1797 and Congress from 1797 until 1801.
