Records various expenditures incurred during Indian treaty negotiations. A certification of the expenses along with a comment that "the United States will acquire at least Three Millions of Dollars, from the extra cession of territory obtained by that treaty is signed ant dated 2 June 1796. Another note date 10 June 1796 attests to the receipt of some of the monies and discusses other expenses.
