Printed general orders stating that every officer and soldier must be ready to meet the enemy at a moment's notice. States that the Brigadier General Commanding is determined to fight and if possible, ". . .drive back the insolent foe who advances to rob and enslave us." Ends with, "Every man must do his duty, and all will be right. Men resolved to be free can never be conquered."
