Large and vigorous recruitment broadside printed on thin bright yellow paper with large woodcut of American flag, with streaming ribbon reading "Stand by the Flag." Captain Jesse E. George. Lists bounties and army pay. Printed at the Tri-Weekly Publisher Office, Haverhill. The recruiting office is written in pencil (and partially overwritten in crayon for legibility) "A. C.
