Civil War lithograph "representing Gen. Palmer's Division, Col. Scribner's and Col. John Beatty's Brigades and the Regular Brigade, on the 31st of December, 1862; as seen from the position of the 15th and 19th Regulars while supporting Guenther's and Loomis' Batteries." Alfred E. Matthews, the artist, was a musician in the "31st Regiment, O.V.I." Contains a detailed description of the battle and its participants in small print. Text is slightly faded.
