Published by the War Department and printed by the Government Printing Office. Orders are for 1867, but the book was published in 1868. Name on spine: "C.E. Morse." Contains 84 page Index of General Orders at the front of the book. Orders No. 1-104 for the year are printed; several are very long. Some handwritten notes and corrections throughout. First 6 orders signed by "A.S.M. Sayers." Order No. 103 has note in pencil: "Only copy on hand. G.O. Clark." Contains a foldout chart at the back of the book. Shelf ware at edges of cover and spine.
