The resolutions are, first that members must arm themselves when they turn 18, instead of waiting till they take a captaincy. The second resolution concerns fines for not participating and changes the way the fines are collected. The third resolution concerns injuries of militia members when acting in their positions and how it is reported. The fourth and final resolution concerns Quakers it reads, "For heavens Sake let the Quakers be absent an Equal Sum that the other Men are liable to pay for their Exemptions and let it be the duty of the Sergeants to Collect it."
