One letter addressed to George B. Mitchell from Wallace Mitchell dated November 18, 1862. Pertains to preparing for horses arriving to the camp. Describes stretching ropes outside their quarters to which will be tied their horses when they get them. He is not sure that the commissary duties will suit him as he will be busy enough looking after the horse and the pay is not very good.
