One letter from Hazel M. Lapkowski to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated November 5, 1973. Lapkowski is against the impeachment of President Nixon. Believes that Nixon has done more good for the country that the scandal outweighs and that Kennedy and Johnson ran equally problematic campaigns but were not investigated because they were popular with the press. "Also, I believe the biased press in this country has caused more harm than good. These pseudo-reporters have acted like hysterical schoolboys, and I believe they should be chastised for this behavior."

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specific conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be “used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research.” If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of “fair use,” that user may be liable for copyright infringement.
