One postcard from Josephine Fore to Congressman Carlos J. Moorhead dated November 14, 1973. Fore is against the impeachment of President Nixon and lists very specific things that need to be done to fix bureaucracy. She writes, "the '73 taxpayers cannot afford another unnecessary totalitarian bureaucracy."
