He writes, "Having noted with intent and alarm, your vote last week against the House's overwhelming endorsement of the House Judiciary Committee's investigation of a possible Nixon impeachment, I send you this indication of Mrs. Lewis' and my shame and embarrassment at your betrayal of your constituents."
