Urges Raymond to collaborate with the New York Young Men's Republican Union, which had sponsored and published Lincoln's address at the Cooper Institute, 27 February 1860. States that the New York Union is an "efficient, and most worthy coworker in the Union cause, and the cooperation with which will probably be useful."
