States that the Savage Manufacturing Company has made repeated efforts to obtain payment from the president of the Baltimore Silk Company, David Barnum without success. Copied signatures of Nathaniel and Joseph Williams as attorneys for the petitioners and Thomas Kell as the court clerk.
