Dear Mrs Paige
Fletcher has had a very violent attack of sore throat. For two hours, I was terribly alarmed. It is all happily over - & he is now up, & writing at this table.
He & I think of going to Buffalo, in a nice Steam boat this P.M.
I am quite well.
Yrs affectionately
Daniel Webster
