Summary of Content: Tall, narrow broadside dated from Baltimore, April 12. "1783" has been added in roughly contemporary ink. A docket on verso has been obscured by age and modern restoration (possibly including bleaching). Apparently, the only recorded copy of the Baltimore printing.
