Document providing 6 days of rations to Major Watters of the sappers. Authorized and signed by Captain Joseph C. Dellezenn and countersigned by Major Samuel Shaw, Major General Henry Knox's aide-de-camp. Shaw noted that these rations were "chargeable to his account."
