Lists the salaries of the members of the War Department for the months of July, August and September. Dated 1 October at the War Office. Verso dated 2 October and lists the names of the members and their signatures, indicating that they have received the proper amount of pay for those months. Signed by Philip Audebert, Benjamin Bankson, Constant Freeman, Nathan Jones, James B. Smith, Frederick Sprig, John Stagg Jr. and R. J. Vanden Brock. Written from the War Office.
