[draft]
Boston 14 August 1794
My dearest Love. I wrote you yesterday on the road from Providence. I did not move more until this morning by reason of the carriage breaking down. Nobody had, Everybody appears glad to be here. I shall sail on Saturday in a good Vessel what I have [hired] appearing of the patent at this difference favorable and unfavorable according to the person you need. The house progresses rapidly and I shall have two rooms roughly finished for my accommodations. Neither Mrs Flucker nor Henry are here. They are both well.
Yours affectionately
H Knox
