Document summarizes that John and William Spooner, executors (and perhaps sons) of the late John Spooner, sued John Dennie for monies owed to the Spooner estate, and also took out a writ for lands apparently belonging to Dennie. Document outlines the boundaries of these lands and then apparently conveys ownership of them to Thomas Flucker. Signed by John Spooner, as well as [Ezekiel Price] and James Costello as witnesses.
