Summary of Content: Written from Fort Pownall, at present-day Stockton Springs, Maine. Agreement between Thomas Goldthwait and Benjamin Wheeler relating to the construction of a dam. They agree to split the cost of the construction, as well as on the use of the water collected by the dam.
