Summary of Content: Recommendation consists of two parts. In the first part, Major Runals, Foreman of Blacksmiths, recommends Dakin for a five day leave of absence. In the second part, Lieutenant Campbell signs, noting that Dakin, from the corps of invalids and blacksmiths, has behaved well.
