Mr. Dyson has stated that you would continue to make the Ex-Bashaw of Tripoli a months payment of $200 until you should receive instructions to the ...contrary.
The Government of Tripoli has promised to make provisions for the support of the Ex-Bashaw; and as soon as it shall be understood at Syracuse that any provision has been made you will discontinue the payment in question.
