Davis explains that he has been under extreme financial stress since the death of his business partner, Mr. French, and needs more time to settle his affairs. He states that an extension on the payment of his debt would be enormously helpful, especially since his family is beginning to feel the strain of his financial situation. Docketed on address leaf.
