Requests that the attached notice from the Treasury be inserted on every second day into two major Boston newspapers. The notice is a manuscript document signed by Secretary of the Treasury William Crawford. It lays out the rules for the solicitation of bids for loans to the United States. One black and white bust engraving of Crawford included.
