Describes his Thanksgiving meal, detailing all the foods eaten. Tells his sister that he has a new job as Assistant Commissary at the hospital. Written on stationery with "US Army General Hospital, Newton University, Baltimore" letterhead.
Robert Terry enlisted on 4 June 1861 as a Private. He was mustered into "K" Co. PA 36th Infantry. He was discharged on 27 April 1865.
