Serving as the administrator for the estate of Dowager Queen Emma, Cartwright confirms a sum of money Frank Pratt owes the estate. Also records that H. A. Wactman owes Emma's estate $1000.
Dowager Queen Emma was the widow of Kamehameha IV, King of Hawaii 1854-1862. Alexander Cartwright, credited for formalizing the rules of baseball, made residence in Hawaii in 1849.
