Written in a secretarial hand for Major Ogilvie of the 4th Regiment of Foot. Cosigned by Major Robert Kingston, a staff officer under General John Burgoyne. Certifies that James Barnett, William Mitchell, and John Freeman were received from the 62nd Regiment of Foot.
