Summary of Content: Sylvia has just finished supper. Tells Moe about a Captain who had once been a member of the Republican Party and was investigated by the FBI who asked him: "Have you been a member [of the communist party]." The Captain turned the tables on the FBI man and asked him the same question, and asked him for his identification papers as well.
