A thank you letter from Stephen Horn, the House representative for California's thirty eighth district, to Moorhead for his support of an amendment of H.R. 1817 the military construction appropriations bill. This amendment was to prevent the Navy from stonewalling information requests from a appropriations subcommittee, the General Accounting Office or a Member of the house. This letter is on Horn's House of Representative stationery.
