thesame Court, between Jane a negro woman Plaintiff and Edward Worrall -
defendant, by all their lands and Chattels in your bailiwick, so that neither they nor any one of them, intermeddle therewith, until you have further command therein from us; and that you answer to us of the issues thereof, so that you may have their bodies before or said Justices at
Philadelphia, on the first Mon - day of September next; or before our said Justices, or any one of them, if they or any one of them shall first come, on the thirtieth day of May next at Washington in the county of Washington according to the form of the Statue and the Act of Assembly in such case made and provided, to make a certain Jury of the Country between the parties aforesaid in a plea of Homine Replegiando - provided that if two writs herefrom shall come into your hands you Execute but one thereof And to hear their Judgements of many defaults. And have you then there the names of that Jury and this Writ.
