Response to Kohl's solicitation letter. Neal includes an excerpt from her 1988 autobiography, "As I am," written at the Abbey of Regina Laudis, a Benedictine monastery, where she made "sense of all the tragedies in her life" and renewed her faith in God. The excerpt discusses God's roll in her recovery from a stroke. An accompanying card requests Kohl's donation be given to the Abbey of Regina Laudis.
