I am an eighth grade U.S. History teacher and department chair at Connersville Middle School. My license includes: elementary 1-6; middle school social studies; and a K-12 computer endorsement. My bachelor's degree was from Indiana University and my Master's Degree was from Miami University in secondary education with a concentration in social studies. In 2009, I was a Fulbright Scholar and I have also been a Martha Holden Jennings Scholar when I taught in Ohio. Currently, I am assisting the education department at Indiana University East by presenting seminars to student teachers on classroom discipline and time management.
