Written as President on White House stationery, remarking "This is about the third letter I have written in long hand in years!"

Dear Mr. Hull
This is about the third letter that I have written in long hands and years' ! I am glad however to do it for your collection though I am afraid there are too many of my autographs extant to have much value ever attached to them
-These day Presidents signs their names 3000 times a year ! !
Sincerely Yours
Herald Hoover
