Monroe, Secretary of State, informs McCulloch, collector of customs in Baltimore, of a violation of United States laws by the Mangoree, a South American Schooner. States that the Mangoree reported herself on 28 December 1816 in the Baltimore port. Requests that McCulloch inform the Attorney of the United States of any information he can obtain related to the violation.
