Summary of Content: Partially printed order to pay 1500 pounds for Angier's "Sufferings in the year 1759 - as mentd in his Petn." Authorized by order of the governor, Sir Francis Bernard. Cotton was then deputy secretary and would become secretary to the Stamp Act Congress the following year.
