Letter from Thomas Ray regarding the Revolutionary War service of an enclosed list of men in Captain Ebenezer Adams's Company of Artillery in Colonel Elliott's Regiment in 1777.
This list is written on the opposite side of the document and includes William Sims, Henry Babcock, and himself.
It seems to be regarding pensions awarded to Revolutionary War veterans by Congress.
