This pamphlet seeks to answer two questions, "What is the relation of the Negroes in the United States to this rapidly changing world? They are now living through one of the most trying times in their history. What is the way out?" The forward goes on to explain that the minimum desires of the population are a decent and secured livelihood, the rights of human beings, and an equal, honorable and respected status in public and social life. The pamphlet remarks that the only way to get this is not through capitalism but through a Soviet America. In order to prove this the pamphlet shows the basis of slavery in the US, how events are pushing for another revolution, and the place in it for African Americans. They will then describe the, "tremendous vista of freedom and advance possible in a Soviet America."
