The Council orders Johannes Rosenboom and his company of traders to be kind and civil to the Indians at Ottowa, and to try to persuade them to trade and correspond with the people of Albany. They also request that Rosenboom make an alliance with the Ottowa Indians, and to make a careful selection of an officer to be their commander.
