Orders to blockade and defend Mount Washington from the enemy without regard to expense. Allows Washington's appointment of a Deputy Commissary of Stores for the Army at New York. Docket not in Hancock's hand.

Resolved, That General Washington be Desir'd; if it be practicable, by every art, an'd whatever Expence to Obstruct effectually the Navigation of the North River between Fort Washington and Mount Constitution, as well to prevent the Regress of the Enemies Frigates lately gone up, as to hinder them from Receiving Succours -
That General Washington be impowered to Appoint a Deputy Commissary of Stores for the Army near New York,
