Jamison writes to thank Livingston for his news on the Indian situation, claiming "We hear from Boston there is little prospect of any warr this Summer" and his hopes that this is a sign of things to come. Vetch who informed the intermediary that there was "no embargo nor warr" preventing news from entering into New York or Boston. Docketed on address leaf.
