The royal government orders the arrest of Samuel Vetch and the seizure of his estate so that he may be brought to trial for the misappropriation of government funds. This is followed by a response from Samuel Tyley, Junior Deputy Sheriff of Suffolk County, in which he agrees to cooperate with the order, dated 24 February 1713, Boston. The entire document is marked as a true copy of the original. Docketed on verso.
